Enrolment Terms and Conditions

General
1. Upon receipt of this enrolment form, we will send an acknowledgement to you by email.
2. An invoice, when applicable, will be sent to you, generally about 2 to 3 to weeks before class commencement or when an adequate class size is achieved.
3. When full payment is received, Enrolment Confirmation will be sent to your Administrative Contact liaison by email, fax and/or post. This letter will advise you of all course details.
4. CISM_EDUCASH© discount coupons can be applied to enrolment received at least one month before the course commencement. Applicable only to publicly offered courses..
5. Enrolment for all public courses generally closes one week before the class commences. In cases of late enrolment, payment must be received in full before attendance is granted.
6. Cheque payments will only be deposited when adequate class size is achieved and course is confirmed to run.
7. Kindly use separate cheque for different courses.
8. All course fees are subject to prevailing GST, unless otherwise stated in our fee structure.

Cancellation & Transfer
9. If you are unable to attend, a substitute delegate is always welcome at no extra charge. Alternatively, your registration can be credited to a future training program. Kindly inform us about the substitution at least 5 business days prior.
10. When a course does not run, you will have a choice of either keeping your registration and payment for the next scheduled run, transfer to another course which has been confirmed, or request for full a refund.
11. A full refund, less a 10% administrative charge (subject to a minimum of S$100) will given for a cancellation request received in writing at least 15 business days in advance of the course commencement date.
12. A complete set of course documentation and a 50% refund will be given for cancellations received in writing at least 8 business days before the commencement of the course.
13. Regrettably, no refund can be made for cancellations received less than 5 days prior to the commencement of the course. A complete set of course documentation, however, will be sent to you.
14. The Centre For IT Service Management Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to change the timing of the course or change the speaker(s) for reasons beyond its control. We will do everything in our power to inform in advance where possible.

Payment
15. Payment shall be made by Cheque or Bank Draft drawn in favour of The Centre For IT Service Management Pte. Ltd. Please quote your invoice number, where applicable, on the back of the Cheque or Bank Draft.
16. Mail your Cheque or Bank Draft to The Centre For IT Service Management Pte. Ltd., 50 Raffles Place, Singapore Land Tower #37-00, Singapore 048623.
17. Telegraphic Transfer payments are also accepted. Send your payment to the following:

18. Payment not received 2 days before the commencement of the course may result in entry being denied.
