We provide Public ITIL® Certification Training courses on a regular scheduled basis across the Asia-Pacific region. We offer the clustered practitioner courses as outlined in the EXIN® I-track curriculum.

We also provide customized, On-site/In-house (hosted) ITIL® Certification training and practical hands-on workshops to meet your Customer Service and IT Service Management needs, at any budget level. ITIL® Certification Training exists at three levels:

  • ITIL® Foundation Certificate In IT Service Management
  • ITIL® Practitioner Certificate In IT Service Management
  • ITIL® Manager Certificate In IT Service Management
  • ITIL® Certification Workshop Profiles

    In addition to the certification courses, we offer wide range of non-certified ITIL - ISO/IEC 20000 related workshops which are designed to embed the ITIL® disciplines into an actual practical organizational context.
